How can I register for password reset?
First, you will need to register your account with the reset password system. This will allow you to reset your password or unlock your account if you forget it. You will need to enter a mobile number or alternate email address. During the password reset process a confirmation code will be sent to either your registered mobile number as a text message or your registered email address.

How can I reset my password?
After you have registered your account with the password reset system visit the link below. Follow the onscreen instructions. A confirmation code will be either sent to your registered mobile number as a text message or your registered email address. Please note this will reset your WelTec password for all your online portals.

How can I reset my Moodle password if I am an external user?
Access to Moodle for external users is approved and granted by Flexible Learning Team. I you are an external user and you have an existing account in Moodle you can also reset your Moodle password by following the onscreen instructions and providing either your username or registered email address. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address, with instructions how to get access again.

How can I change my email address in Moodle?
You can change your email address in Moodle by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Select the "Profile" option and then click on "Edit profile". Update your email address, scroll down and click the "Update profile" button.
