Central Robotics Scrimmage - This Saturday
There is a scheduled scrimmage for the 2nd of July (this Saturday) at St Peter's College. This is a combined VRC and VEX IQ event, as per the Central Robotics 2016 calendar which can be found at https://goo.gl/0PCoEQ.
VRC teams will be playing the new game "VEX Starstruck". IQ teams will continue with Crossover.
The doors will be open at 9:00am and we plan on finishing around 4pm.
IQ Schedule Change: The IQ schedule has changed as of this scrimmage. IQ matches will not start until immediately after lunch, and finals should now finish at the same time as VRC. The fields will still be set up in the morning for teams to do skills challenge runs or practice matches (10am to 12pm). The full schedule can be found here. This change has been made to accommodate students that participate in Saturday morning sports.
Prizes: Two 365-Day ROBOTC Team (6 seat) Licences valued at US$149 each, will be available to competing teams and schools/teachers attending the scrimmage.
Please register for these events on robotevents.com (IQ Event, VRC Event) if you have registered your teams, otherwise let Stephan van Haren (vanharens@stpeterspn.school.nz) or myself know how many teams you are entering for the scrimmage.
