This is another UK based website with over 500 functional, practical adult skills for reading, writing, speaking and maths. Again, it is very contextualised to life in Britain. I have selected writing resources in particular but there are many, many resources you'll find useful and easy to adapt for use with your learners. They are not for use directly online but for use as guides.
